About Multi Art Renovations
Renovations built for Manhattan buildings.
Most of our work is inside co-ops and condos — galley kitchens with gas lines tied to risers, five-foot baths with failing grout, and pre-war walls that hide cast-iron stacks once demolition starts. Suburban contractors often quote the finishes and discover the building rules mid-project.
Chris Baran leads a Manhattan-only GC team with in-house plumbers and electricians. We file DOB permits, prepare board alteration packages, and sequence work around elevator reservations and weekday-only hours — the parts that actually control your timeline.
Typical scopes: same-layout kitchen refreshes, full bath guts with waterproofing, combined kitchen-bath apartment updates, and whole-unit guts in pre-war and post-war buildings. See project timelines and scope on our case studies.
