The challenge

A high-rise wet room with a tub on the glass line leaves no room for sloppy waterproofing or a lip that reads from the living room. Stone on floors and walls has to book-match. The kitchen millwork is high-gloss and shows every alignment. Freight and weekday hours are the calendar.

The outcome

The primary bath is marble on floors and walls, with a tub at the window and a black-framed fluted shower. A guest bath uses green onyx. The kitchen is a high-gloss wood millwork wall with stone and stainless appliances. Living-room floors and paint were part of the same finish package.
