East Side Kitchen and Marble Baths

The challenge

The kitchen is a galley that had to stay a pass-through — glass uppers, a granite worktop, and a view into the living room. Bathrooms split between a mosaic powder and a full marble wet room. Large marble slabs on a tub deck need a flat substrate and a waterproofing plan before tile.

The outcome

The kitchen is gloss white with black granite, chrome pulls, and a lighted glass upper run. The powder room is mosaic with a walnut vanity. The primary bath is gray-veined marble with a window, double vanity, and a glass shower.
