The challenge

The apartment needed a full kitchen in a compact open plan — refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, and a cooktop peninsula without crowding the living room. Recessed lighting and a two-tone cabinet package had to finish clean against existing windows and a radiator. The layout stayed on the original wet wall.

The outcome

The kitchen now reads as part of the living room: white uppers, dark wood lowers, quartz, subway tile, and a peninsula with seating and a cooktop. Stainless appliances and a gold faucet finish the package. The room is empty in these photos because the job was documented at turnover.
